VCE Accounting explores the financial recording, reporting, analysis and decision-making processes of a sole proprietor small business. Students apply critical thinking skills to a range of business situations to model alternative outcomes and to provide accounting advice to business owners.

VCE external assessments include written, aural, electronic/digital, oral and performance examinations, and the Extended Investigation oral presentation. Examinations will be conducted in line with the Victorian Chief Health Officer’s advice (at the time of the examinations) to reduce the risk of COVID-19.
