What to do if your Honda Odyssey has an alarm problem?

Why does my Ody alarm keep going off?
Hood latch sensor usually is the culprit. Disconnect the hood latch sensor and see what happens. My Ody alarm started going off randomly about a year ago after 10years . Did the hood latch disconnect and worked for a while then started again. Learned here on a forum that jumping the latch connector to turn off the alarm totally.

My 2018 Odyssey Touring scarred the crap out of me last night. Car was parked in our (attached) garage, which was closed. For no reason, at 1am, the car alarm went off – horn blaring and lights flashing. We were all asleep so no one accidentally hit the remote.
