What happens if you call * 67?
*67 is a “vertical service code” — one of several codes you can dial to unlock special features on your phone. Specifically, adding *67 to the start of any phone number will block your caller ID when you call that number. This is a quick and temporary way to block your number when making calls.

After you install Mr. Number onto your Android, it injects a small window onto the Android call screen that tells you a little bit more about who is calling and the last time they called. After you receive a call it should show in the Mr. Number call log. You can then tap on it and then scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on “Report Spam.” Tap on the type of call it was and then you have the option to leave a comment.

We are only compatible with iOS 13 or above. A: Do not force quit the app during everyday use. Mr. Number needs to do updates periodically and if the app is forced closed in the middle of the update then blocking and your block list may not work.

Call return (*69) automatically dials your last incoming call, whether the call was answered, unanswered or busy. Call within 30 minutes, during which you can still make and receive calls. To deactivate while waiting for the party you are trying to reach to become available, dial *89.
Does * 67 Still Work 2021?
If I dial *67 can I still get through if I’m blocked? Based on our tests in April of 2021 this still works. If you dial *67 then the recipients full ten digit phone number, your call will ring through. The recipient’s caller ID will say ‘Unknown Caller’ or something similar.
