In one of my case, The Accused have been granted bail but the session court has directed that the Bailor can only be his parent.
Does bailor need to attend court?
In the event that the accused does not attend the required court sessions, the bailor will have to attend a hearing to explain why the pledged security should not be forfeited by the courts. Such a hearing is also known as hearing for the Bailor to Show Cause.
