Do you need to know the WTF Taekwondo Poomsae?
FYI – Different Taekwondo schools may teach slight variations to each of the WTF Taekwondo forms. In order to pass your belt tests, you should know your school’s required format. However, if you compete in outside tournaments (those not organized by your Taekwondo school), you need to perform the official WTF poomsae/forms if you want to win.
