Do you recommend The Book Thief?
Overall I would rate it 8/10, and recommend it to anyone aged 13 and upwards, as it is a serious story, and may not be fully understood by those younger.

The beggining is very slow. There really isn’t a huge plot to make a fast paced read. I struggled with the first 300 pages but after that I really loved it. As I’ve read from other comments many people haven’t finished the book and I cmpletely understand.
