The Aqiri family of Hunter pets have the Cunning specialization. This is an Exotic pet family, which means they can only be tamed by Beast Mastery Hunters with Exotic Beasts. They were first introduced in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion under the name Silithid, but were renamed to Aqiri in Shadowlands.

Where do you find karapax in Silithus 5.1?
The final unique pet that was added to this zone is Karapax, a very colorful ravager (orange, red, pink & purple). He spawns above ground between the termite mounds northeast of Hive’Ashi. He is not exotic and can therefore be tamed by hunters in any spec. Although not new to the zone, there are two more unique pets that can be found flying around.

The silithid are an insectoid race created by C’Thun and found primarily in Kalimdor. Unlike the qiraji, the silithid are non-sentient, though they remain dangerous foes. The silithid were created from the qiraji by the Old God C’Thun.
