It does damage the hair due to the peroxide but just make sure you use a great conditioning mask once a week, a heat protectant and a conditioning leave in cream like i.e.: its a 10 and you’ll be fine! Obviously If your hair is very damaged use it sparingly or don’t use it at all.
How often should you use Go Blonder spray?
