^thank you. The yellow and black wire on the radio harness reads about -12.58 on my MM. Now the backup fuse blows as soon as any radio is plugged in, or when the battery is re connected. With the radio unplugged from the back, my keyless, odo, and sunroof work again.

I have pulled all the other fuses and relays underhood and no change. 3) I have pulled out all the fuses – one at a time – and the only one that makes a huge drop is the #7 “Back up” fuse.

I covered the bare metal under it with rubber to ensure that I wouldn’t ground, then screwed a nut and washer ON TOP of the wire, instead of the normal setup which is nut, wire, nut+washer (broken post).
