Are there any brake issues with the Isuzu?
Isuzu NPR brake issues.. anyone familiar…. My brakes were scary soft and replaced the master cylinder. Now about two times a day out of nowhere, when I apply my brake pedal it goes straight to the floor. Scared the SHIXNIT out of me. After releasing the pedal it returns to normal. Anyone ever have this issue or know what might be causing it?

What causes a brake pedal to sink in an Isuzu?
Bad master cylinders usually won’t hold a pedal. If it pumps up, it will sink. The compensation valve usually fails with a leak as do wheel cylinders. You can’t post conmments that contain an email address.

Weak valve springs. Burned or sticking valves. Poor cylinder compression pressures. Engine brake exhaust valve stuck in closed position. Worn camshaft lobe. Intake manifold air leakage. Air leak at turbocharger turbine housing. Blocked air cleaner assembly. Blocked engine exhaust system. Bad fuel or no fuel. Bad fuel transfer pump.
