(WANE) – WANE 15 is saying goodbye to First News Weekend anchor Sierra Tufts, as she says goodbye to the northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio viewers. Sierra came to WANE 15 in June of 2018 as the weekend morning anchor and reporter for First at Five and the News at Six.
Where did Emily Dwire go?
(WANE) – WANE 15 is pleased to announce that Fort Wayne native Emily Dwire will be returning to northeast Indiana as the new weekday morning anchor on WANE 15’s First News. Emily replaces Alyssa Ivanson, who was recently promoted to evening anchor of WANE 15’s First at Five, News at 6, and Nightcast at 11.

Joe Strus is the morning Meteorologist at 25 News. Joe is from Dyer, Indiana, which is located in extreme northwest Indiana, about 25 minutes south of Chicago. He grew up with a fear of severe thunderstorms and tornadoes, but eventually developed a passion for weather forecasting.
