Scale. We have designed our miniatures and fantasy race presets to match the scale and proportions commonly used in tabletop role playing games: approximately 30mm scale (also known as 1:60 scale). With the exception of our 2X scale (see below), all our minis are approximately 30mm scale.
Do you have to prime hero forge minis?
Plastic Material Painting These miniatures are produced using an SLA printing process at 100micron layer thickness. Plastic miniatures come pre-primed in a matte gray primer; a suitable base coat for both light and dark color schemes, and is paintable right out of the box.
Do you have to pay for Heroforge?

We do our best to build and ship your models as quickly as possible, but creating bespoke, custom minis takes time. From order to ship-out typically takes 2-3 weeks, though we work to deliver sooner when possible. Production times vary by material.
How do I upload minis to tabletop simulator?
To import the model you just made, go to File -> Import -> Wavefront (obj.) and navigate to the file you created. Your model should then appear on the screen.
Is there a free version of Hero Forge?
Hero Forge® is a free-to-use online character design application. Create and share your unique designs using our in-depth character creator tools. Order customized tabletop miniatures that truly represent your characters.
Why does hero Forge take so long?
Production times vary by material. Selecting a material in the character creator will show you typical production time for that material. Note that production times may be extended during busy times like the holidays or when we are subject to heavy order volume.
Can you use Hero Forge minis in tabletop simulator?
