Is Iwbums a multiplayer?

Are there other humans in Project Zomboid?
These NPCs will never spawn naturally, and only in scripted locations in story mode. They cannot join the player’s team, and they cannot chat with the player.
How do I run project zomboid?
To jog, hold down the Left Shift key by default. This will make your character run a bit quicker than walking and also automatically jump obstacles such as low fences when they are running. To go into a full sprint, hold down the Left ALT key on your keyboard when moving.
