Is Shadowmeld useful for a rogue?
While this ability isn’t as useful to rogues or feral druids, it can be used by all classes to hide from attacks or set up a surprise attack. A rogue or druid can use Shadowmeld while their stealth ability is on cooldown without entering a visible state in between.
Does Shadowmeld work like Vanish?
Not sure if anyone has noticed this but Shadowmeld can also work like a rogue’s Vanish. Shadowmeld in combat then stealth away in feral form and you might escape as long as you don’t have any dots on you. Great for BGs when you can’t shadowmeld and use flight form to escape.
Can you use Shadowmeld in combat?
Using shadowmeld will temporarily remove you from combat. When you cancel the effect, all aggro that was held towards you is restored, unless the mobs have leashed and reset. [Feign Death] (to break combat) to solo instances, while Rogues and Druids could simply stealth.
What is the point of Shadowmeld?
Activate to slip into the shadows, reducing the chance for enemies to detect your presence. Lasts until cancelled or upon moving. Night Elf Rogues and Druids with Shadowmeld are more difficult to detect while stealthed or prowling.
Does Shadowmeld improve stealth?
Shadowmeld is a passive boost to Rogue and Druid stealth, increasing stealth by 5 points, or one character level.
Can you Shadowmeld in cat form?
You can press it in any form (I have a sticky bear macro). It will prowl out of combat and go cat. If you’re in combat it will use shadowmeld on the first tap, 2nd tap is prowl, 3rd tap won’t take you out of prowl.

How does touch of elune work?
Touch of Elune is a passive night elf racial trait with the unique property of giving a buff to Haste or Critical Strike depending on the time of day, benefiting all playable classes to some degree. Notably, it is the only known racial to apply different alternating benefits to players between the night and day.

Prowl is the druid’s Stealth ability, learned at level six. It must be active to enable [Pounce]. If not used in [Cat Form], it will activate cat form.
Is Rogue stealth better than druid stealth?
Druids have a Stealth level of 300, 315 with talents(300+15+5 if nightelf) while rogues have 350+15. Found this rly interesting and I think something every PVPer should put on their mind. From my testing Rogues see feral druids with equal stealth gear and both fully specced improved stealth 3-4 yards longer.
