When placing an order in GBP and on our UK website. You’re unable to buy ASOS Gift vouchers using Clearpay and your order will need to be placed in GBP. However, if you have a gift voucher and you’re spending more than its value, you can pay the remaining balance of your order using Clearpay.

How safe is ASOS Marketplace? Incredibly safe. While all of our boutiques source, make, fulfil and ship their own orders, we hold all sellers to stringent standards, and offer all of our customers the ASOS Marketplace Guarantee (which you can find here if the mood takes you…)
Can you return ASOS Marketplace items?
Customers are entitled to return an item within 14 days if it is different to how it was advertised by the seller and is unworn. If an item becomes faulty after wear, the customer is entitled to query a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving an order.
Can I use ASOS voucher in marketplace?
Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards can’t be used to buy ASOS Gift Vouchers or on ASOS Marketplace. They can only be used to buy ASOS products, or to load credits to your ASOS Payments account in order to pay for ASOS Brand Partner products in the way described above (please see the “Placing an order” section above).
Why can’t I use Clearpay?
If you have any trouble placing an order with Clearpay, it could be due to one of the following reasons: Clearpay may have rejected your application to pay on account. If you haven’t used Clearpay before and you’re shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
