What age is 11U baseball?
* 11U Division Players who turn 12 prior to May 1 of the current season are not eligible unless they are in the 5th grade. Also, any player turning 13 prior to September 1 will not be eligible. Players who are 11U are eligible for this division regardless of their grade.
Can you use Usssa bats in Dixie Youth?
If you are 14 years old or younger and play Little League®, Babe Ruth & Cal Ripken, PONY, Dixie or AABC, you will need to use a new bat marked with a new USA Baseball stamp: USSSA youth baseball will NOT be implementing this rule change to the bats.

Can an 8 year old play 9U?
If your 8 year old is in 3rd grade the school year leading up to the season they should play 9U. For more details refer to what Level should by son play. If your 8 year old is in 2nd grade, they can try out for 9U, but priority is given to 3rd graders for more details refer to 9U-15U page.
Can you slide headfirst in Dixie Youth Baseball?

What are the rules for Dixie Boys Baseball?
Tournament play can be conducted using double elimination play, round robin or pool play. Pitching rules for each level of play are to be enforced as found in the tournament rules, with no exceptions. Only approved Dixie Boys/Majors tournament brackets as found on this website may be used.
When do Dixie Youth Baseball bid for World Series?
Dixie Youth Baseball will accept letters of intent to bid to host the 2021 Division II AAA, Majors & O-Zone World Series. The deadline for submitting a letter of intent to bid is December 20, 2019. Contact William Wade, Commissioner if you have any questions about hosting a DYB World Series.
