Can HP Tuners program BCM?
PATS (anti-theft) can be turned off with HP Tuners. Traction control and ABS are thru the BCM, so no worries there. If you are working with an auto trans you will need to mess with some of the torque limiting and abuse tables to get them to go away. Airbags are not through the PCM so no worries there either.

How is the BCM on a GM Truck wired?
The way your truck should be wired is that the bcm and pcm are wired togeather then they have independant circuits back to the dlc so that either module can communicate with the scan tool independant of the other. The bcm is what receives the ignition switch signal and sends out the signals to all other modules to activate.
