My brand new 2019 Accord is doing the same thing. When below 40 degrees, the hum starts in about 1-2 minutes of driving and increases in intensity. It completely stops when the vehicle comes to a stop, but starts back up as soon as the vehicle is moving again.

Where does the buzzing noise come from when turning the ignition switch?
I have a 2006 Accord VP and when i turn the ignition switch forward to the point right before the car is going to turn on there is a soft buzzing noise coming from under the driver’s side dash or somewhere in the steering column. Yesterday i was spraying Meguiar’s plastic/dash protectant on the steering wheel and all over the dash.
