Why does my car shake when I decelerate?

That causes more load to those suspension components and can cause the shaking you’re describing at the speeds you’re indicating.
What causes coasting vibrations?
Actually, most u-joints won’t cause much of a vibration if you’re just coasting or cruising at a steady speed, because there’s no load on them. When accelerating and decelerating, however, there’s enough load on the driveshaft and joints to cause vibrations that will increase and decrease with vehicle speed.
