Have no reverse and a transmission fluid leak gmc fluids I had all gear and then I found out the connector to the transmission cooler was leaking i lost lot of fluid. I fixed the connector and put fluid back in and then went to put it thru the gears i some how lost reverse.

Get the trans temp up to 170 and make sure the fluid is in the hot band. If fluid is ok, you might need to drop the pan and inspect the internal filter to make sure it’s seated properly since you just changed it.
