If I recall one set of tabs is near the headlight switch. To remove the trim piece on the right of the steering wheel, slide out the radio, remove ashtray, carefully pry up and backwards to pop out the cover at the shifter. This will expose 2 torx screws which hold the bottom of the large trim piece. Remove ’em.
