Why does the red light keep blinking on my tachometer?

Today after locking the car I do see a red light blinking from the instrument panel. Haven’t seen that before. I checked the Honda manual for what it is, but was not able to find any information regarding it. Based on some forum, I checked the doors and windows and they are closed well.
