Why do glasses take 2 weeks?
It takes about two weeks for single vision lenses to be made and shipped from China to your U.S. home. Typically, the lens information is submitted electronically and received by the lab in advance of the eyeglass frames. This allows the lab to begin the lens ordering and/or fabrication process.

With an adjustable light set at 36 degrees, align the stock timing marks with fi0fl when the timing is fipegged out.fl With the non-adjustable light, align your new 36-degree mark with fi0.fl Rev the engine a little to make sure the timing will not advance any further.
How to set your timing for peak rpm?
Start the engine. It may kick back a little due to the advance coming in immediately without the springs. If you™re using an adjustable timing light, set the light to 36 degrees advanced. Now rev the engine just a little while observing the timing marks with the light. It shouldn™t take much rpm to peg out the advance without the springs installed.
Where is the Y mark on the IP timing gear?
Take your jiffy marker and draw a line on the IP timing gear from the tooth with the Y mark on it to the 53rd tooth which is directly across the gear. I went clockwise with tooth 1 being the one after the Y mark. Now carefully place the IP gear so it engages with the cam gear. The jiffy marker line should be straight up and down.
How do you change the timing on a spark plug?
Loosen the distributor hold down bolt and turn distributor until the rotor is lined up with the mark you made in Step 3. Your timing is now set to zero degrees of mechanical timing. Replace the valve cover using a new gasket. Replace the spark plugs and spark plug wires using the marks from Step 1.
