Is there a problem with our international throttle?
Our international has a problem with the throttle. It works fine as your driving… until you take your foot off it. When you take your foot off the check engine light comes on and there is no more response from the throttle.

Some of your older nternationals have a sensor ot or on the pedal itself. You might want to check with your Intl parts department nearest to you and they can tell you. did you change just the throttle sensor or the whole pedal assembly? we had one do this and we had to replace the whole pedal assembly and it fixed the problem.

To add on for anyone who tries this: I found that pressure from the throttle made the TPS slide back to its original position with the open room in the bolt holes. I cut a couple small strips of insulated wire to use as shims to hold the bolt in the new position giving me a permanent, worry free fix.
