Why is my front end loader control valve stuck?
The schematic suggests that it is the upper spring that is stuck in a compressed mode. Hard for me to believe that it is broken, as it would still have some ability to compress and return.
Do you need to level a front load washer?

There’s fluid going to the barrel side of the rams, but not to the shaft sides. My father-in-law said this happened once before and they replaced the selective control module under warranty. What to do if your front end loader is chafing?
Make sure all the lines are leak-free. Moving hoses are especially susceptible to chafing getting crimped. Check the hoses for shiny areas where constant chafing is smoothing the surface–these areas can indicate a future trouble spot. Try to pad or protect the hose section from further damage.

Case has always made a good loader backhoe. The 580l was a solid machine, and theres still lots of them out working. The most common problem in them was the transmission shuttle snap ring breaking (in the transmission control valve) An easy fix, just annoying (theres also and updated snap ring if it breaks).
