You have to be very gentle on the gas pedal and accelerate slowly or else it won’t go into 3rd. If it doesn’t go in, then I have to put it in neutral for 2-3 secs and back to drive. Also, when you accelerate fast (with tranny downshifting), it will not upshift once it reaches red line!
