My 2006 Tacoma battery light intermittently came on and off, the battery and alternator tested good. There are three wires that come off the plug in of the alternator. I unwrapped the wire harness and found the white wire had corroded on the inside of the wire and it broke in the middle. I cut out 3” out of the wire to eliminate the corrosion.
