Stopped at a stop sign in winter conditions, started to move forward and then the lights came on. Stopped the truck 50 ft down the road, shut it off. Re started and the lights did not come on, except the ABS light.

I recvd the VSC Off flasher, check engine light and Trac Ctrl light today, no problems before. Vehicle is drivable and seems fine until it is time to shift into 5th gear. It will not.
