Why is my Radio not working on my Toyota Tundra?
Been going nuts w/new HU install. Wired, rewired, changed connector types, couldn’t get the unit to turn on. Wired the constant and switched leads to the constant input and unit comes on, but would be on all the time. Gave up for the day and put the dash panel back in w/o radio installed.
Why does my Toyota Tundra have no power?
I plugged in the A/C controls, clock, etc. for the circuit to complete, and still no power. All my interior lights DO work, as well as cig. lighters, clock, etc. I was installing an after market stereo, it won’t power up, and neither will the factory headunit after I reinstalled it.

Popped hood open to check fuses and noticed corrosion on positive battery terminal. Cleaned battery terminals up and still nothing on radio and clock. Everything else seems to be working correctly. Checked smaller fuses for radio1 and radio 2. Checked all other small fuses in engine compartment and under dash. Still not working.

If it worked before you took it apart but not after it sounds like something took place during the attempted install. If the fuses are good then another possible problem could be you knocked something loose or broke a wire in the harness.

Why are the outlets on my tundra not working?
Click to expand… I have two 12V outlets beside my 2010 Tundra’s front dash cup holders. ONE of them is blown, while the other is still operational. I’m pretty sure this is due to shorting the outlet… (boring story.)
Where are the fuses on a Toyota Tundra?
I checked the fuses under the hood and under the dash with a tester, and all checked out fine. I checked the harness going to the amp with the tester with the ignition on and couldn’t find the constant or switched power source.
