Why are the power door locks on my Honda Odyssey not working?
There was no indication of the batteries in the key fobs dying, i.e. range didn’t shrink and there was no intermittent periods when they would work or wouldn’t work. To be safe, we are going to try to replace the batteries in both key fobs (if we can find them, apparently that battery is very popular or something).

Why does my Toyota door lock not work?
Have you tried pressing the unlock button 2 times quickly to see if the second press unlocks the other doors; this is how my Toyota works. If the door locks work with the driver door switch, then this is probably not an electrical problem and more along the lines of an options setting.
