Both have lt blue wires, neither have 12v when in 4wd. There are no 3 wire connectors on my transfer case. There is 1 2-wire connector ontop of the transfer case with a lt blue and a black wires. There is also a 2 wire connector @ the rear of the transfer case with yellow/purple wires.

Take the actuator out and stick a nut and washer make sure the washer makes contact with the metal part on the actuator then just screw it back in and put it in 4wd and u just saved like 90 bucks. 30 people found this helpful.

If the blue is just a signal to shift, then no power to it, i’m going to have to get a hand switching while i’m under the truck. If a second wire should be hot, then i’m having some other problem, i.e no power to actuator.
