Is there a Honda Pilot AC compressor relay?
Also of note from what archie posted above in the Acura link and what was on the Ridgeline forum, apparently there’s a 39794-SDA-A05 relay that in 2013, was supposed to be an updated part or supplied by a different manufacturer, but all my local dealer stocked was the A03 part.
Where is the AC relay on a Honda Accord?
Turn the Honda engine on. Turn the AC settings to “Off.” Open the hood of the Honda vehicle. Locate the AC clutch relay. Trace the wire that runs off the AC compressor; this wire plugs into the clutch relay. The relay is mounted on the firewall.
Why is my Honda clutch relay not working?
The compressor is the unit that cools the air before it enters into the Honda’s cabin. If your AC is not properly cooling the vehicle, the AC clutch relay could be faulty.
Why is the AC switch on my Honda Pilot stuck?
Long story short we go to the dealer because its under warranty. They determine the AC switch on the compressor is stuck on and is overcharging the system and the smoke is freon dumping out a safety valve. Well next day after I get the car the battery is dead as a door nail. I take it back to dealer, and its a bad battery supposedly.
