clean the water out of the spark plug holes. dont remove the plugs until the holes are totally dry.. then remove them give it a couple cranks… put them back in leave the plug wires out and let it all dry.. the wires have to be dry too or the plug wont wire at all. i just had this problem.. its just gona take time.
