Why does my Toyota 4Runner not go into reverse?
I have have a delay when trying to enter reverse when the vehicle is cold. It doesn’t engage the gear until pressure is built up (giving it gas) and then it pops into reverse. All the forward gears are perfectly smooth though all the time. However, once the car warms up (30 secs) reverse works fine. The problem is worse on cold mornings.
