Why does my steering wheel and horn quit working?
I just purchased my 2015 Ram Outdoorsman with the 5.7. It’s got 13k on it and I noticed the other day that the horn stopped working. I’m not sure if it happened at the same time or not but the steering wheel controls which navigate the dash computer also don’t seem to work. Cruise seems to work fine Anyone else have this problem? under the dash are a couple wire harnesses that go up the column and slide into the steering column goodie bits. (plastic surrounds that clip onto/over the column) check those to make sure they are still connected and tight. after that, you can pop the airbag off and check the connection to the wheel itself.
