Do you need a lower profile spark plug for a KTM 65SX?
The BR8ECM is just a low profile version of the BR8ES, if you dont need the low profile, dont use it, its spendy. As far as I know, the KTM 65SX calls for this plus, there is a frame member in the way and it need to have the lower profile plug. But I dont think any other KTM needs the lower profile unit.
Do you need br8ecm for 2004 KTM KTM 2 stroke?
It calls for a BR8ECM for the 2004 sx so when I installed the new head and piston I asked the folks at the dealer I purchased parts from which one I should use and they said to continue to use the 7 and I have had no problems. I beleive the 2004 and the 2005 have the same motor. I have a 2004 250 exc with a 2005 sx head and piston installed.
