Why is my climate control unit not working?
Today, the climate control unit is dead. All fuses including the fuses in the main control module are good. What control module do I need to unplug? I needed to bump this.

With all the fuses working and the car only having 48K miles, I am thinking that it is just too much of a cooincidence that the climate control stopped working the day after replacing the engine harnesses. Although I just don’t get why everything tested fine right after the harness change.

What kind of wire is the climate control?
Terminal 16 is a purple / orange wire and must have 12 volts when the ignition switch is on. To check the ground wire, move the test light’s ground clip to a positive source. The easiest to find is the battery’s positive cable. Now, the test light will light up when you probe a good ground. Terminal 3 is a black wire.
What kind of light do I need for my climate control?
Best is to use a test light. If you use a digital voltmeter, the module should be connected to get more accurate readings. Terminal 2 is a purple wire and must have 12 volts all the time. Terminal 16 is a purple / orange wire and must have 12 volts when the ignition switch is on.
