Why don t I hear my fuel pump?

I don’t go along with what they told us it was but what can you say. They charged the battery & put a new OnStar antenia on the back to fix the issues. It’s now November 2007. We are having the same issue again & the keyless remote will not work as well. This time I was at work when it happened.
