Okay BD’ers I need some help here. I just bought an inflatable skiff with an older 2hp 2 stroke mariner outboard. It has a self contained fuel tank and there is some fuel in it now. The person who sold it was selling it for a friend and that friend is unavailable to get the mixture from.
