Why Does My Car clunk when I take off?
Check your lower control arm bushings and bolts. If the bolts are loose, the clunk will happen and will warp the bushing and you need to replace it. Make sure the nut and bolt to the lower control arm is really tighten . If loose at all the sound will happen.

Using a small file I filed between each spline just a bit and cleaned it out REALLY good with brake clean. Dunked the spline end of the driveshaft in ATF and reinstalled. Drain the transfer case and refill with a good ATF.
