Is there a way to bypass the factory monsoon AMP?
For example, if you wanted to bypass the amp and have the headunit directly connected to your new door speakers, you’d want to connect: Just strip a little bit of wire away and jump them. Or, cut them from the harness and splice them together. (NOTE: This was all pulled from the Monsoon Pinout link I posted above.)
Is there a CD changer for a monsoon radio?
Does anybody know if my car would be wired up to adapt this Monsoon system, i.e., the car is already wired for the 6 CD changer, just plug and play. Is the same available for the Monsoon (plug and play radio and amp), or will I need to rewire/forget the idea? Look in that left rear compartment where the CD-changer goes.
