How do I Bleed the air from the fuel line after replacing?

I have a 1991 camaro rs convertible and we just replaced the fuel pump…Everything looks right, and when we prime the injectors it tries to kick over, but it still won’t start. We think we need to bleed the air out of the fuel line but I can’t find the bleeder valve…any suggestions?

Why is there no pressure on the fuel rail?

If the pressure at the exit side of the fuel filter is normal and yet the pressure on the fuel rail is essentially zero, it’s possible the fuel pressure regulator has failed wide open, essentially preventing sufficient pressure from building.
