Why does my GMC Acadia have a click sound?
Yes, the turn signal “click” is nothing more than a sound track played thru the vehicle tweeter speakers in the a-pillar in order to “mimic” the sound made by old type turn signal “relays” that mechanically clicked. I would guess you have an intermittent problem with the amplifier output signal to the speakers.
Are there turn signals on my GMC Acadia?
Today everytime I drove the vehicle the radio and turn signals worked. The car was started and stopped four times total. But yesterday they didn’t work at all.
Where is the amplifier located on a 2012 Acadia?
My wife’s 2012 Acadia had the same issue. It was the amplifier. Cost around $200 for the part. It’s not to hard to replace. The amplifier is located under the front driver’s side footwell area. Just need to remove the trim piece and the amplifier is hel in by 3 7mm bolts.

Why is my left turn signal not working?
However now the left turn signal is just not working. Right works completely fine, and the 4 ways, which are 2 ways right now, work as they should. After some digging, most routes pointed to the turn/flasher module, GM part # 15764135.
Why do turn signals make no clicking noise?
The turn signals flash (inside and out) but do not make the clicking noise. At the same time the audio system is on and appears to be functioning but there is no volume. On one occasion, turning off the truck and restarting solved it. Subsequently, that trick did not work. Any ideas?
Is there a problem with my Silverado radio?
No sound from anything – no radio, no turn signal ‘click’, nothing. While the sound was out, I called the dealer, they got it in before I shut it off, were able to diagnosis it, and reloaded the radio software. Haven’t had it reoccur since. Found the link to my problem.
Why does my turn signal go out on my Altima?
That’s strange, the sound used to go out on the Altima and Titan my wife and I used to have. But it would always return. The 2010 Colorado’s have a chime built in so if your turn signal stays on for more than a half-mile it starts chiming at you.

Where are the Bose speakers on a GMC Acadia?
The Acadia’s Bose system includes a set of 3-1/2″ rear side panel speakers located in the third-row seating area. They’re easy to reach and replace, since all you have to do is (carefully) pry up the grille and remove the screws that secure the speaker.
