Can a locked driver side door be opened?
I have serious problem with my car. Driver side of my car is locked and i am unable to open the door. I have tried to open the door from inside and out, even tried to pull the lock lever using plier. I need the car everyday & jumping in and out of passenger side door is very hard & awkward. Please help me.

OP could try repeatedly locking unlocking the door using the remote and retrying the handles but short of this its remove the door time and replace the mechanism even if it means destroying the trim. destroying the trim is one option, visiting the dealer or alike would be another.

As always, thank you in advance. -I pulled the inside trim off, and with some force, was able to unlock the door. Went back and forth with the assembly, lock and unlock worked smoothly. -Power door works fine now. Open, close, lock, unlock.
