How much power can an L28 make?
Any normally aspirated engine will make approx 1 ft-lb of torque per cubic inch, or 60 ft-lb per liter. So an L28 will max out around 170 ft-lb torque. Power is (torque * RPM/ 5252). Max RPM for a mostly stock L28 is around 7500 RPM.
