Do you get WOW 1 and Wow 2?
im not sure what you mean with wow 1 and wow 2 but i assume you mean retail and classic. an active subscription grants access to both versions to the same time. there are no separate subs. edit: i think i misunderstood you. you get access to classic/retail characters if the account they are on has an active subscription.
Can a person have more than one WoW account?
So you could log into WoW1 and WoW2, either on the same computer or two different ones. Keep in mind that only the registered user of the account should be accessing it. With the exception that the registered user may allow one minor child, that they are the parent or legal guardian of, to access the account.
