20 people found this helpful. On the Tucson w/nav system, the reset is down near the “Phone” button. Actually, it’s not a small hole; it’s a small recessed button. Just a tip here though. If your radio is working but no sound, copy down all your station settings because resetting will erase your stations…. just saying.

What can I do about no audio on my Ford Flex?
Their solution is to pull the radio fuse. On my vehicle it’s fuse 29 in the under-dash panel. Well. It worked. Pulled it and immediately jammed it back in and voila. Audio playing. Not sure if this is a long term fix or if something else is at work here but it worked. I honestly didn’t expect it to work.
