Does the G35 have the same engine as 350Z?
The G35 is larger and much more luxurious than the 350Z, but lacks on the racetrack due to the added weight. They both have the same engines and are made from the same platform (infiniti is owned by nissan). The g35 has a much less sporty look in comparison to the 350z.

The castings on the block, etc. are identical, and the Z motor happily plugged up to my G35 6-speed transmission.
