When did Nissan fix the timing chain issue?

The path of the timing chain for Ford’s Eco Boost engine is very similar to the Y62’s engine. Would be great to be able to confirm Nissan fixed the the issue with a stronger timing chain from March 2013. I have an April 2013 build STL with 100,000ks and no issues yet.

G’day folks, I’m starting this thread to discuss, but more importantly, collect data on the premature timing chain failures which are apparent in the early series one aussie Y62 patrols.
