Why does my air conditioner clutch not work?
Hi there. The air conditioning clutch could be not working for the refrigerant could be low or the clutch could be burned up. Check the air conditioning compressor clutch wiring for a voltage with the a/c switch on high and fan on high. If there is a voltage present then the clutch is burned up and needs replaced.
Why is my condenser fan not coming on?
Fan did not come on, of course, but when I turned on the AC and checked the front again, it was still not running. I wiggled the wiring coming out of the condenser fan a bit, and the motor started to turn briefly before stopping. When I checked the FL, I could tell it was fried.
Is the fan control knob inoperable on my AC?
As an aside, the fan control knob is currently inoperable–we cannot turn off the AC system or adjust the fan speed other than regulating temp and vent control. I don’t know if it’s related to the condenser fan or not. . .
When to replace the a / C switch on a condenser fan?
If there is power to the motors on the cooling fan, then the fan motor is burned up and needs replaced. For the condenser fan, if there is no power to the fan, then check the fuses for any of them burned. If the fuses are good, then the a/c switch would need to be replaced.

Why is the a / C not working on my Nissan?
The IPDM has been upgraded to the new one (apparently the clutch relay is part of the IPDM itself, it doesn’t have a replaceable relay, you have to replace the whole assembly). All fuses in the engine compartment and inside the cabin are good. 4. If you run power straight to the clutch the A/C runs cold all day long.

How to manually engage AC compressor clutch, the easiest?
There is no need to switch on the air conditioning system for this method to work. Tips – You should route the jumper wire to avoid it getting tangled or interfering with other moving components. It is an ominous sign when the clutch engages but the compressor does not spin. Changing the compressor clutch could be the only solution in this case.
When to move on to the clutch relay?
Move on to the clutch relay if the fuse turns out fine. In a few car models, the power of the air conditioning system flows from the AC switch to the fuse before being transmitted to the clutch oil through the low-pressure evaporator temperature. You have to make sure that the compressor has enough oil to function properly.
